and sign up for an account. After that you will have to establish your ad campaigns. Your ads will appear on sites having a similar theme and you only pay when someone clicks on the ad. That's how you get targeted traffic to your site, as those clicking on the ads are (most of them) genuinely interested in what you offer. From now on, it's up to you to keep them on your site and make them give your most wanted response (buying your product, subscribing to your newsletter, etc).
