Idea Cafe This site is loaded with useful things, and the message boards are fantastic, if you post a question there are many people who'll answer you and give you some advice, they'll also indicate where to look for help - it's useful to go there even if you just browse what others have posted.
My Mommy Biz Here you can find an "Idea Central", a "Craft Business Central", a list of business ideas with a short description for each of them, and many many other resources.
Work At Home Moms provides resources for homeworkers. In their newsletter you'll find the featured site of the week (usually a site about work-at-home), lots of job offers. From their site, you can link to other sites where you can put your resume on-line and let employers find you.
